Start with the product and market
Tell us whether you are sourcing for a brand, distribution business or studio project. Include the product category, target market and the quantities per model or size. For Pilates apparatus, compare the individual model pages and use the ATME model codes in your enquiry. For belts and garments, send your intended use, size chart, material preferences and design references.
Confirm specifications before branding
Agree on the base product first. For apparatus, check the frame, springs, upholstery, accessories and dimensions. For belts and garments, discuss materials, closures, adjustment, fit and care instructions. Send the logo artwork, proposed placement, colours and packaging requirements. Branding options and any additional charges depend on the selected product and order; confirm them in the quotation.
Samples, MOQ and production timing
Ask about sample availability and the minimum quantity for your chosen design. The Pilates equipment in the current quotation has an MOQ of 10 units; other ranges and customised options may have different requirements. Production timing is confirmed for the configuration and quantity. Do not treat an illustrative range image as the specification for a finished product.
Separate the product price from delivery
Published Pilates prices are USD ex-factory unit prices. They exclude freight and tax. Share your delivery country, city or port and estimated quantities so delivery options can be quoted separately. Confirm the selected shipping term, packing, payment terms and final order specification before placing the order.
Send an actionable brief
Include product or model, quantity, dimensions or sizes, preferred materials, colours, logo, packaging, destination and requested timing. Use the individual product pages to reference models and contact us with your brief.
