Choose the apparatus for the project
A standard reformer, a reformer with tower and a combination Cadillac reformer are different configurations. Chairs, ladder barrels and spine correctors serve separate apparatus roles. Start with the apparatus required for your studio or product range, then compare models within that category. For folding reformers, ask for the folded dimensions and handling instructions for the exact model.
Compare the listed specification
Read the frame material, spring set, upholstery, footbar, carriage and included accessories. Compare the listed dimensions and any optional upgrades. An optional upgrade is not automatically included in the displayed base price. Use the model code when asking questions so the photograph, specifications and quotation refer to the same product.
Check space, packing and handling
For a studio project, include the room dimensions, ceiling height, entrance access and delivery address. Tower and Cadillac configurations require additional height considerations. Check product dimensions separately from packing dimensions. Net weight describes the product; gross weight includes packing and is relevant to transport. Confirm assembly requirements and handling arrangements for the selected model.
Understand USD ex-factory prices
The prices displayed on the current Pilates product pages are USD ex-factory unit prices. Freight and tax are excluded. The final price depends on the confirmed model, configuration and order. To compare delivery costs, send quantities per model and the destination, then request the chosen shipping term and a separate freight quotation. An ex-factory price is not a landed delivery price.
Confirm MOQ, branding and samples
The quoted Pilates equipment minimum order quantity is 10 units. Ask about sample availability, mixed orders and the quantity required for your chosen branding. Send the logo artwork and proposed placement. Confirm packaging, customisation charges, production timing and the complete order specification rather than assuming these from a category page.
Prepare a model-based enquiry
List each model code and quantity, then include the required frame or finish, accessories, branding, destination and timing.
